| | 7:30 PM - Twelfth Night
The Driftwood Theatre Group, Ontario’s most accessible theatre company, launches its 16th season with one of William Shakespeare’s most loved comedies, TWELFTH NIGHT, on tour in Ontario between July 8 and August 15. TWELFTH NIGHT tells the story of one young woman’s journey of self-discovery amid a strange, new world after a tragic shipwreck separates her from her brother, the only family she has. Set within the strange, almost fantasy-like world of Illyria, TWELFTH NIGHT is a tale of illusion, deception, disguises, madness, and the extraordinary things that love can make us to do and see. It is a romance couched in a comedy and laced with subtle hints of darkness.
